What services do you offer?
Eight: lawn care, pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, junk removal, snow removal, and Christmas light installation — for homes and small commercial properties.
Do you service areas outside North Bay?
Yes — we regularly serve East Ferris, Callander, Sturgeon Falls, and surrounding Northern Ontario communities. Reach out if you’re close by and we’ll let you know.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote request form. You pick the services you want, answer a few quick questions about your property, and can add photos. We review the details and email you a clear, itemized quote — usually within 24 hours.
Does the form give me a price right away?
No — instead of a generic calculator, we price each property properly. Your form goes straight to us, we review your answers and photos, then send a custom quote with every line item spelled out. Your draft saves automatically if you need to finish later.
Can I bundle multiple services?
Yes — bundling is the easiest way to save. Two services take 5% off your quote subtotal, three take 10%, and four or more take 15%. The discount is applied to your itemized quote before tax.
How do I approve and book?
Your quote email includes a private link to your job page. There you can see the quote, your receipt, the booking progress, and message our crew directly — no account or login needed.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a 25% deposit locks in your date. Send it by Interac e-Transfer to nipissingexteriors@gmail.com (your job page has a one-tap copy button and step-by-step instructions). The balance is due when the work is done; cash is fine on service day.
Do prices include HST?
Line items are shown pre-tax, and your quote adds Ontario HST (13%) so the total and deposit you see are the real numbers.

When will I know my appointment time?
Once we place you on the calendar you get an automatic scheduling email with your date and time window, plus a reminder before we arrive.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Usually not — for most exterior work we just need access to outdoor outlets and water. Interior window cleaning requires someone on-site.
Can I book recurring lawn care?
Yes — recurring lawn care and seasonal plans are our most popular option. Tell us your preferred cadence in the quote form and we’ll schedule the season.
Do you offer pressure washing for decks, fences, and patios?
Yes — driveways, decks, patios, fences, walkways and brick are all covered. We use soft washing on siding and delicate surfaces and adjust pressure and chemistry to each material.
