Roof Care on a Property Care plan means we assess the roof annually and only wash it when it's actually needed — typically every two to three years.
Bundle two services for 5% off your quote subtotal, three for 10%, or four or more for 15%. Ontario HST is added on your itemized quote, and a 25% deposit locks in your date.

How often does a roof need washing?
Most roofs here need it every two to three years, depending on shade and tree cover. We assess the roof and tell you honestly when it's due — we don't sell an annual wash you don't need.
Do you walk on the roof?
We work from ladders and the ground wherever possible and avoid walking shingles, especially on older or steep roofs.
Is roof washing included in Property Care?
Roof Care is: annual condition checks, growth assessment and a recommended interval. The wash itself is scheduled when the roof needs it, at your member pricing.
